The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role. Your key duties will include processing purchase orders, assisting with billing, and directing calls to appropriate staff. You will play a crucial role in managing customer orders and maintain accurate office inventories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process both purchase and work orders on time
• Assist with billing and accounts management
• Answer and direct incoming calls courteously
• Maintain files, databases, and office supplies
• Organize meetings and manage food requirements
Requirements:
• 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Relevant post-secondary education is preferred
