This role is ideal for someone with expertise in office administration and customer service, focusing on client care, day-to-day operations, and efficient scheduling. As the primary contact at our front desk, you will ensure each visitor feels valued and prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client care and service

• Oversee daily clinic operations including cleaning

• Manage Jane software for scheduling and billing

• Support practitioners with office tasks

• Streamline front desk activities and multi-task responsibly
