Key Responsibilities:

• Create verbatim transcripts from audio and video recordings

• Follow client-specific rules for formatting and editing

• Keep all client information confidential

• Identify areas for personal improvement in transcription

Requirements:

• Proficient English grammar and comprehension

• Typing speed of at least 80 words per minute

• Must have lived in Canada for the previous 5 years

• Ability to understand a range of English accents

• Must be at least 18 years old with a recent background check
