Job Status: Full Time- 3month Contract

As an Operations Coordinator in Cornwall, you will oversee the rental counter and administration to ensure streamlined and customer-focused operations day to day.
Specific responsibilities include:- Maintain and document on-site inventories of trailers and communicate findings to the operations team daily, primarily through Yard Checks
- Liaise with the Service Department to ensure trailers requiring repairs are processed
- Provide information about rental items, such as availability, operation or description of trailers to customers/sales/operations team
- Answer and follow up on all telephone inquiries from customers/sales/operations team regarding trailer inventory and receive orders
- Knowledge of the trailer/transportation industry is an asset
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong customer services skills, ability to prioritize and multitask and excellent organizational skills.
