Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with student registration and maintain accurate files

• Compile staff and student attendance data for reporting

• Provide front line reception and respond to inquiries

• Manage school web presence and social media communications

• Support academic staff with event arrangements and documentation

Requirements:

• Completion of Ontario Secondary School Diploma

• One year college diploma in office administration or related field

• One year office experience required

• Proficiency in office software applications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
