As a key member of our team, you will manage a block of clients, providing strategic advice and overseeing service delivery. You will develop retention strategies, analyze benefit plans, and negotiate renewals to ensure clients receive the best solutions. Your proactive approach will also involve identifying new growth opportunities and participating in industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic consulting for client benefit plans
• Develop annual client plans for maximum value
• Maintain relations with decision-makers
• Identify risks and recommend plan designs
• Conduct research to stay updated on trends
Requirements:
• 1‑3 years working with group benefits
• Completed or in progress for LLQP
• Bilingual:
English and French
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel
