- Working with other talented PwC professionals on high‑profile engagements in a delivery role across a broad range of topics, including business transformations design and execution, program and project management, benefits analysis, business case support, business architecture, operational readiness, performance frameworks, service delivery model development, program implementation, fit‑for‑purpose service review, target operating model design, business process design and re‑engineering, productivity and cost optimization, client relationship building, sales opportunity identification, client interaction and advisory, client workshops, facilitation, interviews, data collection, project task leadership, risk and issue management, analytical tool usage, data analysis, market research, benchmarking, report and presentation creation, project documentation, mentorship, industry trend monitoring, technical knowledge development, thought leadership, and business development support.
- Leading small to medium‑sized project tasks and teams, ensuring project plans, timelines and deliverables are met while delegating tasks and providing direction to junior team members.
- Raising risks and issues and driving mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrating breadth of experience in problem‑solving, emerging analytical techniques and data tools.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Staying current with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies and their impact on clients.
- Assisting the team in business development activities and supporting internal projects and practice development opportunities in addition to client delivery.
- 3-5 years of project‑based work in the public sector or exposure to a consulting environment.
- PMP, CSM, CBAP, CMC or Six Sigma certifications are considered an asset.
- Experience and proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, optimization, efficiency improvement, performance management, market research and analysis, organisational design and transformation.
- Experience supporting large, complex system implementations such as SaaS, HCM or ERP implementations.
- Strong data modelling and visualization skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power
BI and similar tools. - Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and process efficiency.
- Ownership of quality management for team members’ work.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, critical thinking and ability to produce high‑quality deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and openness to different perspectives.
- Effective leadership and project management skills, including experience delegating and managing work assignments and communicating expectations.
- Experience working in an agile way, comfort with ambiguity and reprioritisation.
- Ability to mentor and develop other team members.
- Presentation and report writing skills for client communication.
- Deep interest in the government and public sector, with understanding of government entities, structures, policies and regulations.
