As a key member of the Economic Development & Infrastructure Branch, you will provide high-level strategic guidance and policy development to align with First Nations priorities. The role requires deep expertise in economic strategies, infrastructure planning, and fisheries, along with building collaborative relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic plans in economic development and infrastructure
• Analyze and recommend policies for First Nations alignment
• Monitor socio-economic trends and legislative impacts
• Advise senior leadership on complex strategic issues
• Foster partnerships with First Nations leaders and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Postgraduate degree in relevant field preferred
• 7–10 years in strategic planning or advisory roles
• Strong understanding of First Nations contexts
• Proven track record in collaborative initiatives
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
