Analyst Client Team

We are seeking a dynamic Analyst Client Team to champion client retail improvements through business analysis, insights, reporting, and communications. The role focuses on retail analytics, standardizes reporting, and leverages data to support planning discussions with business partners.

• Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
• Quantify business opportunities and key drivers, creating recommendations for retail team prioritization.
• Extract and post raw data to client data management platforms using customer and company retail data systems.
• Create and deliver Monthly Retail Priorities communications and sales tools to retail teams in alignment with client retail leadership.
• Communicate with retail teams to clarify goals, expectations, and respond to account questions.
• Handle ad‑hoc requests for business analysis, planning, new item introductions, and events.
• Lead planning discussions and provide fact‑based analysis and insights to client and retail management.
• Generate reports and deliver field insights, hotlines, and presentations for planning and account meetings.

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2+ years of analysis experience; prior sales experience in the consumer products industry preferred.
• Experience identifying and analyzing data trends in consumer products.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced analytical and research skills; knowledge of analytical concepts and methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation development skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business environments.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of completing tasks accurately under frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.
