Associe principale / Associ principal, Facilitation
LocationOntario – Ottawa
Employment TypePermanent, Full-time, Hybrid (minimum of two days in office per week, shifting to three days from September

Annual salary typically ranges from $65,172 to $86,897, plus performance-based compensation based on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities- Maintain project plans, risk registers, and dependency charts, and report status to stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Plan and coordinate meetings and work sessions (agenda setting, logistics, preparation of minutes, and action items).
- Aggregate updates and prepare milestone status reports covering progress, risks/issues, decisions required, and next steps.
- Draft communications and presentations to support the implementation of new capabilities or initiatives.
- Develop and maintain team tools, models, and artifacts (e.g., templates, tracking tools, reports) that support overall team activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- At least 2years of relevant experience in maintaining project plans, consolidating updates, preparing status reports, and developing tools or templates.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Experience contributing to organizational initiatives within EDC or similar environments.
- Experience working within front‑line or underwriting teams at EDC.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Initiative and organizational skills.
- Willingness to assume tasks of all sizes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptability to a fast‑moving, evolving work environment.
- Proficiency in both official languages.
