In this full-time senior role, you will lead client relationships and provide innovative solutions in group benefits consulting. Using your strong analytical skills and deep industry knowledge, you’ll manage financial strategies, service delivery, and renewal negotiations. Collaborate with clients to align benefits plans with their goals while fostering growth and exploring new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client relationships for strategic consulting and service delivery
• Develop annual plans to enhance client satisfaction
• Identify group insurance risks and propose effective strategies
• Participate in prospecting and securing new client opportunities
• Represent Coughlin and promote company services in the market
Requirements:
• 5+ years in group benefits consulting experience
• Completion or ability to complete LLQP
• Bilingual in English and French
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
