Position: Temporary Knowledge Broker

The Knowledge Mobilization & Strategic Alliances team seeks a Temporary full-time Knowledge Broker to support the advancement of transfusion and transplantation sciences. In this position, you will collaborate with partners, identify needs, and facilitate evidence-informed practices. Your expertise will drive initiatives that enhance communication and operational effectiveness within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for knowledge mobilization activities

• Foster partnerships to identify facilitators and barriers

• Lead consultations focused on evidence interpretation

• Plan and implement tailored mobilization activities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge mobilization initiatives
Requirements:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in relevant fields

• 3+ years experience in knowledge mobilization

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with stakeholder engagement methodologies

• Project management expertise in relevant domains
