Position: Coughlin Senior Benefits Consultant Needed
Coughlin & Associates is looking for a Senior Benefits Consultant to deliver customized solutions and strategic insights in the group benefits sector. This senior advisory role focuses on cultivating client relationships and ensuring effective plan execution.
In this dynamic position, you will oversee client accounts, provide comprehensive analysis, and develop strategies for effective benefits implementation. You will be accountable for ensuring profitability and revenue growth through innovative multi-product offerings. Fluency in both English and French is necessary to engage effectively with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive client relationships and expectations

• Negotiate and benchmark benefit plans successfully

• Develop annual plans aligned with client goals

• Participate in industry conferences and seminars

• Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of group benefits consulting experience

• Ability to complete Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)

• Bilingual in English and French

• In-depth knowledge of group benefits funding arrangements

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
