This management role revolves around developing and executing growth strategies across the North American region, specifically targeting opportunities in Deployable and Mission Critical Infrastructure segments. Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders like the Department of National Defence and Public Services and Procurement Canada, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Key Responsibilities:
• Create a comprehensive NORAM account strategy
• Drive business development activities and marketing campaigns
• Generate forecasts for sales targets
• Maintain the Sales Pipeline tool with updated opportunities
• Cultivate relationships with key MODs and FLCs
Requirements:
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Communications preferred
• Extensive experience in NORAM Defence sector
• Proven background in business development and program management
• Understanding of regulatory procurement processes
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
