You will spearhead business development and program management activities, while securing key sales opportunities across your assigned territories. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop strategic relationships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Secure business sales opportunities in assigned regions
• Develop and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers
• Conduct capability presentations and product demonstrations
• Manage execution of the sales process and proposals
• Lead growth initiatives in the demining sector
Requirements:
• 10+ years in a leadership role in Defense or Law Enforcement
• Experience managing teams and projects to completion
• Consultative sales approach with a solid track record
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Ability to travel frequently for client engagements
Leverage your expertise in business development to enhance Med-Eng's product offerings and strategic market presence.
