In this position, you will implement health, welfare, and retirement programs while ensuring they align with TYLin's business strategy. Your expertise will be crucial in managing vendor relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance across North America. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in benefits with a strong focus on analytics and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage health and retirement programs across the U.S. and Canada
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian benefits regulations
• Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations
• Develop clear employee benefits communications and materials
• Monitor plan performance and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years in North American benefits administration
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and IRS/CRA
• Project management experience with M&A integration
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
