As the Project Coordinator (Finance), you will assist in project management activities and produce accurate monthly progress claims. Key responsibilities include processing supplier invoices, tracking project costs, and delivering client invoices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvements in business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in processing supplier invoices and ERP entries
• Track program financials and material costs monthly
• Support validation of labor and prepare claims
• Update and manage project claim history files
• Collaborate across teams for project support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or diploma in Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and JIRA
• Familiarity with SAP ERP is a plus
• Strong organizational and stakeholder interaction skills
