The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 CAN and bonus opportunity.
Position SummaryThis role owns the end-to-end parts business and supply chain, with full responsibility for parts sales, aftermarket business development, product management, sourcing, procurement, inventory, and logistics operations. The objective is to build a profitable, structured parts business while ensuring operational excellence across the supply chain, combining commercial ownership with strategic leadership and direct oversight of the warehouse and logistics team.
How You WOW- Drive Commercial Growth:
Own parts revenue, margin, and market share, establishing the aftermarket business as a core, highly profitable center across dealers and the installed base. - Lead Portfolio & Pricing Strategy:
Define the parts portfolio strategy by identifying high movers and portfolio gaps while conducting competitive pricing analyses to optimize margins. - Optimize Sourcing & Procurement:
Lead end-to-end sourcing and purchase negotiations with OEM and aftermarket suppliers to secure best-value agreements, reduce risks, and ensure supply continuity. - Manage Inventory & Logistics:
Balance stock availability with working capital to minimize stockouts and obsolescence, while providing strategic leadership to the Logistics Supervisor and warehouse team. - Champion Digital Innovation:
Partner with IT and Marketing to build a seamless customer experience through dealer parts portals, end‑user e‑commerce platforms and digital catalogs.
- Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a closely related professional discipline.
- Extensive Domain Expertise: 7–12+ years of progressive experience spanning parts management, aftermarket sales, product management or complex supply chain environments.
- Strategic Leadership:
Proven capability managing both commercial growth strategies and daily operational/warehouse logistics teams. - Advanced Negotiation & Systems
Skills:
Strong supplier negotiation skills and alternative sourcing expertise, ideally coupled with hands‑on ERP experience (SAP Business One preferred). - Analytical P&L Mindset: A strong data‑driven and commercial ownership mindset focused on margin expansion, inventory turns, and cross‑functional alignment.

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk and reach with arms and hands for extended periods. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts, may be exposed to airborne particles and must utilize proper protective equipment due to high noise levels in the warehouse environment.
