As a key player in the Mission Optimization Function, you will support both operational improvement initiatives and employee training. This role demands a proactive leader who can effectively communicate across all levels while driving accountability and a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will enable you to develop detailed improvement charters and oversee risk assessments for project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive process improvement sessions and coaching

• Conduct business process assessments and Lean reviews

• Monitor improvement plans and team performance

• Create detailed improvement charters and business cases

• Evaluate data for effective decision-making

Requirements:

• Business or technical degree with 5+ years experience

• Strong skills in training, facilitation, and analysis

• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma methodologies

• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively

• Excellent planning and organizational skills
