This senior role reports to the Regional Pursuit Team Manager and necessitates seamless collaboration with business line leaders. You will be responsible for overseeing the proposal process from inception to submission, facilitating strategy discussions, and guiding teams toward cohesive messaging and compliance. Your contribution will directly impact the company's market engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex RFPs and proposal efforts effectively

• Lead win strategy development and Go/No-Go discussions

• Oversee proposal teams and ensure timely submissions

• Conduct reviews and implement feedback for final proposals

• Develop communication materials that align with our brand

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar

• 5 years of experience in a pursuit management role

• Proven track record with complex RFP submissions

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
