This role focuses on guiding teams through complex strategic mandates within the Ontario Credit Union. You will act as a reliable advisor, preparing executive-level analyses and presentations, while contributing to the development of key policies and programs. Your expertise will support management in maintaining regulatory relationships and compliance, which is vital for the organization’s operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare analyses and executive summaries for senior management
• Advise teams on strategic positioning and execution
• Develop policies and standards for strategic projects
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impacts
• Manage unit priorities and resource allocation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Six years of relevant experience, two in partnership management
• Advanced English proficiency is essential
• Knowledge of banking regulations
• Familiarity with Desjardins' support functions
