Aversan Inc. is looking for a Governance Specialist to ensure effective integration and transformation initiatives in Ottawa, Halifax, or Victoria. Strengthen governance, manage reporting, and align cross-functional efforts.
As a Governance Specialist, you will support Aversan's large-scale initiatives by implementing governance frameworks and processes. This contract role requires coordination with senior stakeholders, compliance monitoring, and development of executive reports. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in helping steer projects towards success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement governance frameworks and process controls
• Define decision-making processes and accountability structures
• Monitor integration activities for compliance
• Collaborate with program leadership for alignment
• Develop dashboards and risk summaries for reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in governance or PMO
• Experience in complex integration environments
• Strong skills in risk management and reporting
• Proven ability to engage with executives effectively
