Position: Elections Ontario Contract Lifecycle Manager
Join Elections Ontario in North York, ON as a Contract Specialist, focusing on the comprehensive management of contracts and ensuring compliance throughout the process. This full-time in-office role demands strong analytical and negotiation skills.
In this role, you will oversee the entire contract life cycle, including drafting and compliance management for complex agreements. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders, ensuring performance metrics, and risk management are essential responsibilities. Candidates should possess at least five years of procurement experience and be comfortable with drafting enforceable contract language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review various contract documents

• Lead contract administration for high-value agreements

• Maintain supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs

• Identify and mitigate compliance risks in contracts

• Support audit-readiness through documentation
Requirements:

• Five years’ experience in procurement required

• In-depth knowledge of procurement legislation

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• In-office presence required for five days
