Key Responsibilities
CEO Office Management
- Manage weekly and monthly leadership meetings, including agenda development and preparation of supporting materials.
- Support annual corporate initiatives such as strategic planning sessions and executive offsites.
- Assist the Chief of Staff in preparing critical communications and correspondence.
Executive & Board Communications
- Prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership, including the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Partner with business leaders to develop clear, compelling, and cohesive executive-level communications.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to support strategic and thought leadership initiatives.
Strategic Planning & Business Execution
- Support the development and implementation of operating models that enhance organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Operations, Merchandising, and Corporate Functions to execute cross-functional initiatives.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to increase productivity.
- Research emerging industry trends, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), and provide recommendations on opportunities, risks, and business applications.
- Represent the CEO Office at external events, government relations activities, and community outreach initiatives.
- Lead and support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the Chief of Staff.

- .Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical business solutions
- .Experience leading strategic initiatives from concept through execution
- .Excellent organizational and project management skills
- .Ability to synthesize complex information into concise and impactful analyses and presentations
- .Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global business environment
- .Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders
- .Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferre
- dKnowledge of Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is considered an asset
