You'll transform institutional infrastructure by leading end-to-end process optimization and design.
Compensation:
USD 75 - 95/hour

Remote (for United States and Canada residents)

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You have +10 years experience in Business process design.
- You have 5+ years of experience in Management consulting
- You are an expert in Six Sigma Black Belt, Process optimization.
- You are proficient in Agile methodologies, asset management, change management (CM), human-centered design, investment management, key performance indicators (KPIs), Lean Six Sigma.
- English - Fully fluent
Responsibilities and more:
My client is seeking a Process Design & Optimization Lead to support a large-scale Institutional Infrastructure Initiative. This role will lead end-to-end process improvement efforts across multiple work streams, partnering with business and technology teams to design efficient and scalable operating processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple end-to-end process optimization work streams.
- Analyze current-state processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Design and implement future-state workflows and operating models.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
- Leverage data and KPIs to monitor performance and inform decisions.
- Collaborate with technology teams on automation solutions.
- Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge transfer.
- Support change adoption through structured change management practices.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years consulting or transformation leadership
- 10+ years in process design.
- Experience in asset management or financial services preferred.
- Experience with business process reengineering and workflow design.
- Experience defining business requirements or user stories.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Skills & Capabilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Self-directed and outcome-focused.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar experience.
- Design Thinking or Human-Centered Design experience.
- Business process management framework knowledge.
