Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive RFP/RFI responses with clear messaging
• Partner across teams to meet submission deadlines
• Optimize proposal processes and content libraries
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual standards
• Oversee proposal content and quality management
Requirements:
• 7+ years of relevant proposal writing experience
• Strong knowledge in enterprise SaaS/CCaaS/UCaaS deals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat
• Fluency in English and French is essential
