Join Cuso International as a Partnership Advisor in Medellín, Colombia, starting August 2026. This volunteer position focuses on empowering women and marginalized individuals while addressing skills gaps in the private sector.
Open to Canadian citizens and permanent residents, this role offers a chance to drive economic facilitation through strategic partnership development. You will manage activities such as conducting assessments, organizing capacity-building workshops, and creating networks that generate collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead surveys to identify skill shortages with local businesses
• Deliver workshops on financial facilitation and partnership engagement
• Host networking events to foster business linkages
• Develop economic outcome indicators for monitoring impacts
• Train partners in effective data analysis and tracking
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration or similar
• Expertise in strategic planning and partnerships
• Background in marketing and private sector
• Solid relationship-building capabilities
• Experience with diverse teams in multicultural settings
