Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Business Consultant, for one of our key clients.

Candidate MUST have the following:

Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting business transformation, process improvement, operating model, governance, or organizational change initiatives;

Experience developing process maps, operating procedures, governance documentation, or implementation materials;

Experience supporting workshops and stakeholder engagement activities;

Prior consulting experience as part of overall career experience; and

Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with in contact centre, service desk, workload/workforce management, or customer support operations;

Experience supporting operational readiness, transition planning, or post-implementation activities; and

Experience working within government or other large, complex organizations.

Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:

Supporting development of business requirements, process maps, governance documentation, operating procedures, and implementation materials;

Conducting research and analysis to support business transformation, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives;

Supporting process standardization activities by documenting agreed processes, procedures, and governance approaches;

Supporting workshops and working sessions through preparation of materials, documentation of outcomes, and follow-up activities;

Collaborating with client stakeholders and project teams to gather information, validate approaches, and support development of practical solutions;

Developing detailed deliverables, presentations, and implementation materials required to advance

client initiatives;

Supporting implementation planning, operational readiness, and transition activities; and

Supporting proposal development and client pursuits through research, analysis, development of presentation materials and drafting of proposal content.
