In this full-time role, you will leverage your organizational skills and attention to detail to assist with various operational tasks. Your responsibilities include coordinating leave requests, managing payroll adjustments, and tracking uniforms and equipment. You'll also work closely with field teams and participate in recruitment and training initiatives, making this position crucial to our operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with workforce scheduling alongside field teams
• Review and resolve timesheet discrepancies
• Manage leave requests and vacation scheduling
• Follow up on invoicing and payroll adjustments
• Provide day-to-day support to managers and field teams
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years in coordination or workforce support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and workforce tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
This role is key to maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
