Join CAE as a Business Development Manager, where your expertise in client relations and strategic business development will shape the future of Defense & Security. This hybrid position allows you to thrive while enhancing operational readiness.
In this vital role, you will manage annual order intake and spearhead the development and execution of market strategies. You'll engage with clients to identify opportunities and build enduring relationships while leading complex capture efforts. Your collaboration with engineering teams will culminate in compelling sales presentations that position CAE’s capabilities within the Canadian Navy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive annual order intakes exceeding $50M
• Develop client relationships and identify new opportunities
• Lead capture strategies for multidisciplinary teams
• Manage bids from submission to contract execution
• Generate innovative solutions and sales presentations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent experience
• 12+ years in Defence and Security sectors
• 6+ years of experience in defence procurement
• In-depth knowledge of military aviation operations
• Must have or be able to obtain NATO SECRET Security Clearance
