As a vital team member, the Pension Analyst manages member transactions and maintains meticulous records while ensuring compliance with regulatory and client reporting requirements. This position calls for a professional with strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to collaborate effectively or work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process pension cases, including retirement and employment terminations

• Maintain and update client databases regularly

• Conduct quality control for year-end data and output

• Calculate pension adjustments and reversals accurately

• Respond to client inquiries and develop process improvements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in business administration or similar

• Minimum two years’ experience in pension benefits administration

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficient in French preferred
