Elevate your career at ADGA as a Needs Analysis and Researcher targeting Counter-Uncrewed Aerial Systems (C-UAS) for the Canadian Armed Forces. This hybrid position focuses on impactful contributions within technological defense systems in Ottawa.
You will be responsible for identifying and documenting user and system needs while conducting thorough research planning for C-UAS capabilities. Engage with government bodies and industry experts to bridge capability gaps. A background in operations research and hands-on business analysis experience will help you thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify user-needs through stakeholder workshops
• Conduct gap analyses against operational demands
• Recommend research needs for closing capability gaps
• Liaise with stakeholders to find collaborative opportunities
• Actively participate in project meetings and briefings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 7 years experience in business analysis
• Strong experience in business process management
• Skill in stakeholder analysis and documentation
• Ability to achieve a Secret Canadian Security clearance
