As a workforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide clients with comprehensive support and drive end-to-end organisation and talent transformation initiatives to support the overall strategy of the organisation, applying a breadth of understanding of organisational and workforce consulting solutions across topics such as workforce strategy, talent development, rewards, organisational design to improve employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

Manage portfolio of client engagements;

Work with our PwC and client teams on client engagements from strategy through to implementation;

Be a part of client engagements with PwC teams as well as client teams;

Manage your client engagement economics and delivery excellence;

Be actively involved in a wide range of business development activities toidentifyopportunities with new/existing clients in collaboration with account leads

Contribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical acumen locally,nationallyand globally as part of our network;

Keep up to date with developments in your areas of expertise and the industries you serve, contributing to thought leadership; and

Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.

Here'swhat we look for:

Minimum 5years ofexperience in developmentorganizationaldiagnostics and/or implementation of operating models and organizational structures;

Assessing the impact of change and developing and/or implementing change strategies to increase readiness, shorten implementation and achieve results;

Stakeholder engagement and communications using a range of techniques and mediawhile interacting with executive level clients and building presentations

Experience with assisting or leading in preparing proposals and related presentations to support sales efforts; and Experience with facilitation, designthinkingand co-creation internally or with clients.

An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

Self motivatedwith a passion for client work andteam work;

Manage multiple projects with overlappingdeliverablesasyou navigate change at the client siteand ambiguity

This newly created role reflects our commitment to growth and delivering distinctive value for our clients and stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
