Manager Procurement Strategy Senate

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement the Senate’s procurement policies

• Maintain compliance with procurement legislation and directives

• Negotiate contracts and manage service provider relationships

• Develop procurement strategies and operational frameworks

• Lead a team focused on delivering effective procurement services

Requirements:

• Diploma in administration or supply chain management

• 10+ years of experience in corporate procurement

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Proven experience in developing and complying with internal policies

• Knowledge of ERP and financial systems for procurement
