As part of EDC's SBNA team, you will manage 150-200 small business clients, identifying cross-selling and new business opportunities.
Your role requires effective communication in both French and English, along with a strong foundation in business development or financial services. By offering tailored export solutions, you empower Canadian enterprises to succeed in global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse portfolio of small business clients
• Qualify inbound inquiries and assess working capital challenges
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams for risk assessment
• Identify market trends and provide insights to clients
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Undergraduate degree in Finance or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development
• Knowledge of strategic sales best practices
• Familiarity with EDC’s financial solutions
