In your role as a Lead Officer, you'll directly support purchasing requests, manage vendor negotiations, and oversee contracts up to $100K. Collaborating with various departments, you will enhance the procurement process while ensuring transparent and fair transactions according to university policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Approve requisitions and purchase orders under $100K
• Analyze and control procurement deviations
• Engage clients to align purchasing strategies
• Coordinate logistics for equipment delivery
• Verify supplier invoices according to guidelines
Requirements:
• Supply Chain Management diploma or 3 years of experience
• Strong customer service skills over 3 years
• Familiarity with procurement legislation
• Bilingualism in English and French
• Adaptable in fast-moving environments
