Salary $69,040 to $90,849 (under review). Annual salary is based on a 35‑hour work week.

Who can apply Open to Canadian citizens or permanent residents residing in the National Capital Region.
Responsibilities- Manage service requests for each of the directorate’s teams.
- Maintain and manage shared/generic email inboxes.
- Perform administrative tasks, including preparing financial requests.
- Keep databases and filing systems up to date.
- Support investigations.
- Coordinate events and meetings.
- Manage communications.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Contribute to the development of tools and procedures and to process improvement.
- Public‑service health, dental, and vision care insurance plans.

All candidates must obtain both a Site Access Clearance and a PPS Enhanced Reliability Status. Candidates will also be required to complete a security screening process, including background investigations and interviews.
Essential Qualifications- Education: A post‑secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience related to the position. The educational program must be from an accredited learning institution recognized in Canada.
- Experience:
- Experience providing administrative support in a program or operational setting, including scheduling, managing correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, and supporting basic financial and procurement tasks.
- Experience coordinating meetings and events.
- Experience managing communications, including shared mailboxes and stakeholder inquiries.
- Experience supporting projects or processes, including tracking activities, conducting research, and developing tools or templates to improve efficiency.
