Lead innovative interprofessional care initiatives with the College of Family Physicians of Canada as their Project Manager. This full-time role focuses on project execution, monitoring, and effective communication.
In this crucial role, the Project Manager will oversee the Excellence in Team-Based Care project to establish best practices across Canada. You will leverage skills in project management, strategic planning, and collaboration with experts within the Working Group. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of family medicine practices nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor project tasks against established timelines
• Liaise with experts for feedback and insights
• Establish metrics for team-based care excellence
• Collect and summarize information from high-performing practices
• Provide regular updates to project partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree relevant to the role
• Minimum of five years of experience
• Advanced knowledge of Canadian health care and policies
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
• Bilingual communication skills, English and French is an asset
