Drive product growth and customer success for Brilliant Harvest as a Growth Product Manager. This remote-first role focuses on enhancing onboarding and retention through customer insights and data-driven decisions.
In this pivotal position, you will own the growth metrics that guide product development for heavy equipment dealerships. Experience in product management, especially in B2B SaaS, is essential. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success to extract insights that inform product enhancements, ultimately shaping user experiences for farmers and equipment operators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define activation rates, feature adoption, and retention metrics
• Build onboarding flows and solutions for dealer engagement
• Conduct experiments to improve product adoption rates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship growth features quickly
• Transform customer insights into actionable product improvements
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in product management with a growth focus
• Background in customer success or field enablement
• Experience in B2B2C markets, understanding dual-layer relationships
• Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
