Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a portfolio of roughly 100-120 client accounts
• Execute quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
• Manage account health and mitigate risks proactively
• Close opportunities for upsell and cross-sell services
• Maintain precise client data in Hub Spot
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role
• Proven success in retention and business expansion
• Familiarity with performance marketing principles
