As part of the Business Management Directorate in the International Innovation Branch at NRC, you will oversee IP commercialization activities. This role demands leadership in identifying high-potential IP, establishing commercialization teams, and developing marketing strategies while supporting NRC's strategic initiatives. Your expertise in technology transfer and stakeholder engagement will be crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify IP with strong commercial potential

• Establish IP commercialization teams effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Science, or Business

• 5 years in leading IP commercialization teams

• Experience managing IP activities in research

• Strong stakeholder engagement planning experience

• Proven ability to leverage AI in commercialization
