Become a Strategic Grower Consultant with Berger, making a tangible impact on customer success across Canada. Your technical insights will be pivotal in enhancing grower partnerships and innovation.
In this role, you'll act as a vital link between customers and technical solutions, advising on product trials and setups. You will conduct training sessions, manage customer complaints, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure impactful outcomes. You’ll also represent Berger at industry conferences, affirming our commitment to horticultural excellence and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic advice on product and trial management
• Lead investigations and propose technical solutions
• Conduct Masterclasses and onboarding for new hires
• Translate R&D findings into practical customer applications
• Share market insights and support complex requests
Requirements:
• Degree in agronomy or related field
• Over 10 years of experience in horticulture
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent ability to connect with customers and teams
• Bilingualism in French preferred
