Stantec is seeking a proactive Business Analyst who will work within our Digital Center of Excellence. You'll play an essential role in gathering requirements, supporting backlog management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position offers the opportunity to analyze data for insights that directly impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document business requirements and process flows clearly

• Prioritize and manage a global backlog of projects

• Coordinate across multiple teams to achieve project goals

• Conduct data analysis for user experience improvements

• Ensure seamless digital solution operations and support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or related

• 2+ years in business analysis or product management roles

• Familiarity with Agile practices and software development processes

• Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities

• Knowledge of AEC industry tools and trends preferred
