CMHC Bilingual Senior Specialist - Compliance

As part of the Housing Policy and Program – Risk Management team, you will play a key role for 24 months in implementing corporate risk management practices. Your work will help ensure that compliance and quality assurance guidelines are relevant and well understood. Collaboration across CMHC will be crucial for fostering a culture of risk awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Align risk management with corporate policies and governance
• Enhance compliance and monitoring strategies
• Conduct validation and oversight of risk controls
• Assess control design methodologies and outcomes
• Foster accountability within the Three Lines of Defense
Requirements:
• Degree in business, finance, or a related area
• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in enterprise risk management
• Bilingual in French and English for communication
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
