Quality Assurance Specialist at CMHC

Become a key player at CMHC as a Quality Assurance Specialist. This role involves developing policies and ensuring compliance within the organization to strengthen its governance framework.

As a member of the Office of the Chief Risk Officer Team, you will support policy governance by developing and maintaining CMHC’s Policy Governance Policy and collaborating with oversight partners to ensure policies are accurate and effective. Your expertise will guide the drafting of strategic corporate governance documents tied to risk management and operational direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CMHC’s Policy Governance Policy

• Collaborate with risk oversight partners for policy alignment

• Advise on corporate governance documents and strategies

• Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory standards

• Conduct assessments for policy governance and consistency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Economics

• Minimum five years of relevant experience

• Experience in risk management and compliance

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
