Position: Business Analyst for AJISS Program
Join the AJISS program as a Senior Business Analyst focusing on process enhancements in a hybrid working environment. This role emphasizes LEAN practices to deliver significant value improvements.

Located in Ottawa or Halifax, this six-month contract seeks an experienced Business Analyst with a strong track record in process documentation. You will work collaboratively within the AJISS team to develop Value Stream Maps and identify improvement opportunities. Engaging with stakeholders at all levels is crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AJISS team in defining and maturing processes

• Gather insights through interviews and workshops

• Utilize LEAN techniques for enterprise maturity assessment

• Formulate and deliver compelling value propositions

• Collaborate with AJISS Team for coherent messaging

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar

• 12+ years of process documentation experience

• Minimum 5 years of leading business analysis activities

• Familiarity with design thinking and workshops

• Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders
