• Represent Thales in external advocacy with organizations like NIST and CC
• Negotiate interpretations of security mandates effectively

• Mentor a high‑performing team focused on security by design

• Minimum 5 years managing certifications with NIST/CSE or PCI
• In‑depth understanding of FIPS 140‑3 and Common Criteria
