As the Aerospace Industrial and Government Benefits Manager, you'll play a key role in identifying, securing, and managing financial resources for the Company. Your responsibilities will include overseeing compliance with both funding regulations and contractual commitments. You'll engage with multiple departments to drive optimal business strategies and proposals related to ITBs and offsets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ITB and offset strategies

• Manage proposal preparation for government applications

• Maintain relationships with key government and industry stakeholders

• Oversee reporting against all funding obligations

• Provide support for internal ITB training initiatives
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or significant experience

• 5-7 years of expertise in appropriate sectors required

• Proficient in proposal writing and contract management

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Capable of maintaining required security clearances
