Hybrid Planning and Policy Analyst at NRC

Join the National Research Council as a Planning and Policy Analyst in a hybrid setup, focusing on program communications and stakeholder engagement. This is a parental leave replacement from May 2026 to August 2027.
In this role, you will facilitate program activities through strategic communication and collaboration with various stakeholders. The Planning and Policy Analyst will prepare analytical reports and foster partnerships to support key NRC initiatives. Your expertise will ensure that the program aligns with the NRC’s strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute program communications and engagement strategies

• Oversee event planning and logistics coordination

• Prepare detailed policy reports on science and technology

• Analyze complexities for stakeholder decision processes

• Foster partnerships to support program initiatives
Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree; graduate degree is advantageous

• Experience working with diverse stakeholders

• Proficient in strategic communication content creation

• Background in data analysis and reporting

• Understanding of funding program best practices
