As part of a 12-month contract, you will report directly to the OCM Lead and be responsible for creating strategies that enable impactful communication and successful stakeholder engagement. You will ensure that all messaging is aligned and clear across various transformation initiatives, facilitating effective change adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design change management strategies aligned with program goals
• Analyze stakeholders to craft effective engagement plans
• Create clear and concise material for diverse audiences
• Develop communication campaigns that promote awareness
• Coordinate workshops and feedback sessions to gather insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years supporting change management or communications
• Certified in Change Management practices
• Proven ability to simplify complex communications
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
